My wife and I worked with Tamara Kucik on the very quick sale of our two bedroom condo in Takoma Park,
Maryland in a very slow market. We interviewed a number ofother sales people, but what impressed us most about
Tamara was her record of past sales, her marketing orientation, and her rave recommendations from past clients.

First, Tamara could easily demonstrate that she was regularly selling homes and that she had won awards for sales recently. When I say easily demonstrate, I mean she had all the infonnation readily at hand on all the homes she had sold in the last year. She did not have to say, "Well, let me get back to you on that." That demonstrated to us that she was prepared and that she was selling homes regularly.

Second, the first words out of Tamara's mouth in our interview were, "I am a very strong marketer." When I asked
her for her marketing plan for our apartment, she not only could demonstrate what all the other realtors could not
demonstrate - i.e. this is how I will list your home, but she could also show how she was going to track the number
of visitors and how she was going to follow up with each lead and get feedback from each lead. Her marketing plan
had depth.

Third, we asked each of the people we interviewed for the names of all oftheir clients from the last year to contact
them for references. Tamara produced them all the next morning. The other realtors hemmed and hawed and took
days to get back to us, and when they did, it was only to give us a selection of their past clients. Tamara produced
every single one of her clients. We wrote all her clients and they wrote back immediately with excellent feedback.
This demonstrated to us that Tamara was highly organized, had nothing to hide, and was successful with every
client.

Finally, our condo sold in the first weekend in a building where there were seven others units for sale and where
there had been no sales in 12 months. We attribute this to the effort Tamara put into staging our home. Tamara
easily invested a few hundred dollars of her own money to buy pictures, pillows, and rugs etc to make our condo
look design magazine perfect. Considering the old furniture we had, this was no easy task.

We started the process of looking for a new home in the fall of 2007. Tamara met with us to explain the process and what we would need to do with our home. She considered our timeline and came up with a projected course of action for us. We spent January-March having the necessary remodeling done to our home and started going to open houses. We saw a house in February that we really liked, but with our house not yet on the market, did not pursue it, although Tamara went out to inspect it for us. Our house went on the market on April 4 with the first open on April 6. At the same time, we decided to make an offer on the home we liked, although it had to be non-contingent on the sale of our home, based on the seller?s rejection of a contingent offer. We were nothing short of mortified to think of possibly carrying two mortgages, but Tamara spent hours with us and our financial lender going over the particulars of our offer and available assets in order to make it a viable option for us. While not promising anything, Tamara said she was optimistic about our home selling, based on activity in the neighborhood, our location and what we had done to the house.

On April 17 we received a very competitive offer on our home, to our enormous relief. Tamara helped us negotiate the details which again consumed hours of time ? and all of it during the evenings after our baby had gone to bed, sometimes over the phone and sometimes in her dining room.

Tamara was ALWAYS there for us and seemingly indefatigable. Despite working with numerous other clients, she always gave us her full attention when we called with even the most minor of questions. She looked out for our interests at every step of the way, including some significant challenges we had with the offer on our house. Tamara stood up for us and knew how to help us achieve our goal and through it all she remained upbeat and calm. This, as well as her sense of humor, was greatly appreciated!

Finally, Tamara?s support did not end with our moving into our new home, as two days later we found a sewage back-up in our basement, and she availed herself to coordinate with the sellers on resolving the problem.

Then she had a photographer come and take pics of every room and angle, using the ?mouse on house? program to allow potential buyers to take a virtual tour on line, so they were already excited before they came.
