It combines 9 regional Multiple Listing Services giving our clients access to view homes for sale over several states. Bright offers full access to this broad geography, which spans 40,000 square miles and 20 million consumers. Bright is a subscription-based service available to Realtors® but it feeds all the public websites like Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow and the individual brokerage websites.
Facebook comprises a large part of our marketing and advertising strategy. A recent study identified that the average person spends 35 minutes a day on Facebook—this gives us ample opportunity to get in front of the right people with a compelling Facebook ad.
