MEET ERICA
Erica O'Neill is a third-generation Washingtonian currently living in the Woodmoor neighborhood in Silver Spring. Both her father and grandfather worked in the real estate and mortgage banking industries and Erica would listen to them “talk shop” which sparked her fascination with real estate at a young age. Spending weekends visiting investment properties with her father for fun, she was able to turn her “fun” into a career working for a longtime family friend at a local mortgage company. 18 years later Erica has transitioned into the sales side of real estate and is as passionate about the field as she was when she was a little girl.
With her background in mortgage banking and real estate settlement, Erica is uniquely able to communicate effectively with all parties in a transaction to keep her clients fully informed and prepared throughout the entire real estate process. She brings an experienced approach to the buying and selling process with her deep knowledge of the area, industry ties, and involvement in the community. Erica’s goal as an agent is to foster meaningful relationships and guide clients to find their perfect home.
Erica’s husband is active in the athletic community as the head lacrosse coach at Gonzaga College High School. Her son played lacrosse for him and now attends Clemson University. Her daughters attend the local school in the neighborhood. Erica frequently volunteers at their school and is active on the home and school association boards. When she isn’t busy showing houses or chasing down kids, she is dedicated to training her family’s new puppy.
Erica is licensed in Washington, DC and Maryland.
