The majority of buyers begin their real estate search online and what they see online may compel (or repel) them to visit the home in person. Never underestimate the impact of photos, good or bad.

These high-quality photographs also have greater perceived values, thus minimizing long negotiations and accelerating the sales process.

Capture the right images.


Finding the right amount of photos and what to photograph is important when presenting a compelling snapshot of your home that's for sale. Having 10 interior photos and 1 0 exterior photos is a great amount. Anything more becomes repetitive and at times unnecessary.

Potential buyers must be able to envision themselves living in the home.
